Automated Email

Hello

I am trying to set up a service schedule sheet and I need an automated email 3 months before the service is scheduled, is there a VBA code that can do this?

I've attached an example of the format, off this I can run gant charts to assess capacity which is why I don't want to use an outlook calendar.
