Hi guys I have very basic knowledge of the most basic functions of excel and have created a workbook for myself as I work offshore and like to keep track of my days outside of the UK for TAX purposes and employment contract purposes. My workbook I created is based on my own personal start date with the company and as such the "183 days" calculation is unique to me. What I would like to know is can I make this workbook fully automated based on user input for the 183 day calculation as well as a payroll cut off date? also is it possible for the workbook to automatically load new calendar based on the current year if they add a new sheet and if so can I make it follow or use the VBA/Macros for the previous sheet? I have attached my workbook as it is thus far with all the formulae in it. I would like to add a few drop down boxes that would enable each individual to select their own 183 days calculation date with the formula adjusting respectively for that, you will also see each month having a certain date highlighted, that depicts the cut off date for our pay and any expenses submitted after this specific date will not be paid at the end of the month, these dates changes every year and as such I will adda drop down list for every month whereby the user can select the pay cut off date and as such again the formula will adjust accordingly... I am not asking for anyone to write this for me I just want to know if it is possible to do and if so do I use VBA's and MACROS? 2014 Offshore Days.xlsx
