In Excel, make cell blink

In excel suppose in
C1 i have one time "2014/12/01 16:37:34"
how to blink of flash E1 once the duration of time between C1 and NOW will become 1hr.
and in same way if i want it for multiple selection like like F1 should blink when time is in G1,J1 should blink when time is in H1.

is it possible with any code ..please help me out..

You could add in Conditional Formating in E this criteria:

It won't make cell blink but you can paint it in red or something.
However, it won't be fully automatic since you need to to *something* in the workbook and it will be automatically refreshed.

For what you looking for you would need some VBA.

You mean just F9?

Yes, with that. Or anything else: Typing in a sheet (not necessary connected to that cells) will refresh it.

See example...

Type in C1 some time from now minus 1 hour plus one minute.
I.e. now is 1.12.2014 15:44:22
Type inthere 1.12.2014 14:45:03

And wait... When 15:45:03 has passed nothing will happend.
But then just type somewhere something or press F9 and it will turn to red.
