Paste Formula and Formatting Only, No Values

I have the following code to insert a new row and paste formulas and formatting from the previous row, I do not want to paste values.
I have a range with a repeating patten every 3 columns after the first column, column F.

    Column F - blank

    Then
    Group 1
    Column G - blank
    Column H - blank
Column I - will maintain formula

    Group 2
    Column J - blank
    Column K - blank
Column L - will maintain formula

    Group 3
    Column M - blank
    Column N - blank
Column O - will maintain formula

    etc, for 22 groups
    ending with column BT

Re: Paste Formula and Formatting Only, No Values

Sorry, how do I modify the code, so the cells shown become blank, for example if I insert a row at row 19 and there is data in the cells directly above them.

    Column G20 become blank
    Column H20 become blank

    Column J20 become blank
    Column K20 become blank

    Column M20 become blank
    Column N20 become blank

    etc, for all 22 groups
