Need macro to export data and transpose it to a data table

I am having trouble recording this so it functions repeatedly. What I need to accomplish is this,
On the calculator sheet, select R2:R309
Copy, paste transpose and as values to the Ex_Data_LBS data table in the Data sheet, the Upper left corner of the data table is A1
On the calculator sheet, select S2:S309
Copy, paste transpose and as values to the Ex_Data_KG data table in the Data sheet, the Upper left corner of the data table is KX1
I need it pasted so that it expands the data table, not pasted just below.
