Custom multiplier function

Long time follower, first time poster! This should be super easy, but my brain just isn't working it out this morning. I'm trying to make a very basic score keeping spreadsheet. Long story short, I'm multiplying miles by temperature.
Example, 21 miles * 26 degrees.
32 degrees is a multiplier of 1
31 degrees is a multiplier of 1.1
30 degrees is a multiplier of 1.2
...you get the idea.

I'm trying to create a custom function so I can just take the following and make it this easy.

	duff8402
Miles	21
Temp	26
Total	=miles*ride(temp) [result=33.6]

Does that make any sense?
