[solved] how to compare part number lead times from 2 different files/worksheets

I am new to excel and couldn't find a good solution in the forum. Should be fairly easy for a more seasoned user. Any help would be appreciated.
I am trying to compare two files in which I have a range of part numbers and lead times. Sheet1 has a column of part numbers and a column of lead times. Sheet2 can be the same. Ideally I need the formula to compare Sheet 1&2 for matching part numbers. For matching part numbers then look at the leadtime column and compare the values. Have the results show the differences. (times is same>mark green, time is less>mark blue, time is more>mark red)

Also, is there a way to show which part numbers in either sheet1 or sheet2 did not have a corresponding entry in the other sheet? I included a sample test file as an attachment.
