Add Chart Title for All Chart Sheets

Using Excel 2007

I want to add a chart title for the chart sheets in my workbook, I tried this code but it doesn't work. Why is that so? Thank you.

Sub AddTitle()

Dim cht As Chart
For Each cht In ActiveWorkbook.Charts
cht.HasTitle = True
.ChartTitle.Text = "Time"
Next cht
