Select cell with text

Hello, I have a problem I need some help with. I have a worksheet that I'm looking in column F and when text is found in cell I just need to select it. Here is the code I'm trying and its not working.

In column F there are mostly cells with a numeric value and very few that are actual text.

What do you want too do with it once it is selected? The loop just selects and goes too the next cell?

What I'm really wanting to do is copy the entire rows from that text to the next text and paste on sheet 2. Then loop through sheet1 doing this same thing.

That's really close! In the F:F column text and numrics are found. What I need is the Text value and the following rows copied and moved to another worksheet. When the next Text value is found, do the same thing. The worksheet name is the first text value found. So the text values would be the worksheet names. I would attached the sheet by its extremely large!
