Dynamically deleting Dates on 2 separate sheets

Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

I have a sightings sheet Which has data on several sheets the main 2 are "182 Days" and "273 Days"

Basically or not so I need a macro that selects sheet "182 Days" sheet and delete the data on the sheet (which is formatted into dates) so there is only 182 days of data left out of the 365 days of data that there is, starting from todays date and working back 182 days. And the same for the other sheet but going back from the present day 273 days deleting the eldest data.

I have have tried using many different macro and none of them I can get to work as I cant find one that is dynamic (as in when this macro is run it needs to use the present days date) all that I have used before bring back the same result whether I code it for 182 or 273 days which is rather frustrating.
