    Calculating a value based on multiple option buttons

    Hi,

    I have these multiple questions and each one of them has options buttons for a 5 scale answer (NA, No, Slightly, Mostly, Completely)

    I want each one of the option buttons to be assigned a value like:
    NA=0
    No=1
    Slightly=2
    Mostly=3
    Completely= 4

    and after selecting various combinations the percentage should be displayed in a label as shown in the attached file

    so the answer would be (total value selected by adding all the option buttons/max value)*100 (in this case the max value is 6 questions each of max value of 4 = 24)

    How can i code this to work?
    Please help. thank you.Capture.JPG
