Protecting worksheet but allowing "forms" button to still call a macro

    Hi,

I have a worksheet of data. I have two form-control buttons on this worksheet and each button executes a different macro.

One button protects the sheet so no one can alter it.
The other button unprotects the sheet.

THe problem is once i protect the sheet i cant click the other button.

    Thoughts? Ideas?

you could share an example of the code or even a basic workbook so that others reading post could gain from your experience (me included sounds like a very useful ability)
