After some research I came up with the following but for some reason it creates the first checkbox with no problem but then stops after that giving me an invalid class string error. This is my first time attempting some "on the fly" userform objects instead of placing them in the originating userform. So what am I missing or doing wrong to have it give me this error?

Okay, well what I ended up doing is added that one, then changed the name of that object to match the amount of label's filled out in the form. Thanks for the lowdown on this.
