Macro to find and copy/paste data

To try and explain this the easiest way possible I have a submitted order sheet as well as a order sheet... I receive order sheets through email once I submit the order I send them off and they send them back with order numbers on them... I want to be able to go into the submitted ordre file, run a macro that will allow me to select a file it will go find the order number and put the order numbers in the correct places...

If anyone can help me with this it is greatly appreciated.

To try and explain in another way I need the order numbers from a selected file to be moved into the according order number slots on the submitted orders sheet... the attached files are just examples...
