VBA to change pivot slicer based on cell value

Hi,

I'm a bit of a novice at VBA and are looking for some code beyond my capability. I'm after code which will change the slicer selections based on what's selected in cells AE3 and AE4 (see attached example). The code will then automatically refresh the pivot table. Anything I've found and tried to adapt isn't working, so would appreciate some assistance.
