Show message when hovering mouse over command button

Hello
Is there a way to show a balloon tip when a mouse cursor hover over a command button on a userform as a kind of hint to the task of that button?
I know the property ControlTipText but it is not suitable .. I want the tip to appear bigger that that of this property?

add a label to yr UserForm, then add this piece of code

I don't want to use labels or any control .. Just tips balloon tips as used in windows .. A balloon with yellow background and to control the size of its font..
