Reduce code size to get Http Request from server

    Hi VBA experts

My code works well, I'd like to tidy it up, but I am unsure how to do go about doing that.
As you can see it's all over the place and some are repeated often
Please may I have your advice on this

    Very much appreciated!

    Re: Tidy up my code

    Hi,

It's a little difficult to comment without seeing the code in the context of its workbook. Are you able to upload it?

If so describe in a narrative form what you want to achieve. Don't tell us what your code IS DOING, tell us what you want to do with your workbook. It may be that there are simpler ways of achieving your goal and deconstructing your code may only get in the way.

    Re: Tidy up my code

    Hiya Richard,

I am very much a novice, as you can tell from the state my code is in.
I wanted a VBA expert to look at the code to see if they can 'clean it up' more professionally.
That way I can learn by my mistakes.

My code extracts a table from a website into an Excel spreadsheet.

Let me know if you need any further info

Thanks so much for all your help

    Re: Tidy up my code

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(This thread should receive no further responses until this moderation request is fulfilled, as per Forum Rule 7)

    Re: Tidy up my code

    Ah!
Apologies Zbor - I will think of a better title than the one I have

Not sure what I should enter, really, as I only need some guidance on how to reduce the size of code or how to write it better
    I'm unsure what to put

    Thanks for you time
    Much appreciated

    Re: Tidy up my code

It's enough to include some word that is specific for your code.

Like do you want to: Reduce code size or Improve code speed?
