    Hi,

    I have Attached A sheet,

    I Have Put a formulae in Column H, N & T

    2 Column N & T formulae : IF(AND(M10>=TODAY()-3,M10<=TODAY()+30),M10-TODAY()&" days left!","")

    3 and respective colour and formulae should also come automatically when I post next date down i.e in G115, M108, and so on in this sheet

    Colour combination can be changed if these colours are not possible

    if -3, -2 & -1 days left no colours required
    if 0 days left use one colour may be yellow
    if 1 to 3 days left another colour may be red
    if 4 to 30 days left another colour may be Blue
    if 31 to 60 days left another colour may be Green
    if 61 to 90 days left another colour may be orange

    Suggest that you use conditional formating for this.

    For example, highlight cell in orange if > 60, highlight cell in green if >30, etc.
