check column headers against sheet names if sheet not exist create it

I would like to have a sheet module code

that on update to sheet would check column headers in Row 1 against sheet names

if sheet exists with column header name do nothing if sheet does not exist then create it

as a bonus i would like it to take headers for new sheet from sheet named "data input-import" in Row 1
