Need to limit the range of cells affected by code

When I click on a cell or double click on a cell that is already selected it changes the fill color.
    That part works great.

But how do I limit it to the range B2:L30 ?
    Or columns B:L ?

Either one works fine for me.

Thanks in advance for the help.
