What I am trying to achieve is very simple, insert the body of an email above the signature in lotus notes. The code I have in vba, when run, opens a new email window in lotus notes pastes in the Subject, SendTo and Body fields. Everything works perfectly, but when the body is inserted it puts the text below my signature. I've done a ton of digging to try and find a solution, but haven't found anything that has worked just right.

Here is my code:

Sub Email_ostatni()

Dim UserName As String
Dim MailDbName As String
Dim Recipient As Variant
Dim ccRecipient As String
Dim Attachment1 As String
Dim Attachment2 As String
Dim Attachment3 As String
Dim Attachment4 As String

Set Maildb = Session.GETDATABASE("", MailDbName)
If Maildb.IsOpen = True Then
Else
Maildb.OPENMAIL
End If
' Create New Mail and Address Title Handlers
Set MailDoc = Maildb.CREATEDOCUMENT

MailDoc.Form = "Memo"
stSignature = Maildb.GetProfileDocument("CalendarProfile").GetItemValue("Signature")(0)

' Select range of e-mail addresses

MailDoc.sendto = Recipient
Subject = Range("K1") 'this uses detail from the Excel file

MailDoc.Body = "Hello, I send you short greetings.."

' Select Workbook to Attach to E-Mail

On Error Resume Next
End If

'Opens Notes to allow user to edit email and manually send

Set workspace = CreateObject("Notes.NotesUIWorkspace")
Call workspace.EDITDOCUMENT(True, MailDoc).GOTOFIELD("Body")

'Use this code to send and save without previewing
