Copy certain data from closed workbook

Hello:

Please refer to attached files.
i have uploaded 2 files, Master.xls and ABC.xls

I would like a VB Macro in Master.xls (Sheet1).
I need to import certain data from closed file name in Cell A2 and directory in cell D2.

(ABC.xls is closed worked book attached).

I need to copy data AM2:AN30 from ABC.xls and paste at F2 of Master.xls
Then i need to copy data AW2:AW 30 from ABC.xls and paste at J2 of Master.xls
