need help figuring where to start with automatic emailing of worksheets

Ok, so i have never used VBA to email worksheets, but i was told it was possible. Here is the scenario, I have a workbook with ~200 worksheets that need to turn into 200 emails to different people. all that needs to be sent is the person's individual worksheet, no additional body to the email is necessary.

where do i even start here? does anyone have experience with this that could give me a start or direct me to some resources? my main confusion lies in how i jump, in VBA, from excel to outlook.
