How do I copy a macros from my workbook to another user's workbook?

If your macros are stored in the Personal folder, copy them over to a new module in the current workbook.

If you dont know how to check where your macros are saving, start to record a new macro and look at the 'Record Macro' window, pretty much half way down under the heading 'Store macro in:' if this says 'Personal Macro Workbook' then you can do as i have said above, if it reads 'This workbook' then you can simply email them the workbook from your desktop as the macros are saved as part of that file.

You could also find the macro by pressing 'ALT+F11' and searching for it there, highlight it and paste it into MS word and email that.
