Continuously Running Macro

Im trying to find a maro that runs constantly looking for changes in another sheet.

ex: if Sheet1 A1 Changes from "1" to "2" I would like the Sheet2 A1 to display this cells value.

this does not sound like you need a macro. in sheet2!A1, type

I apologize I should have clarified. I am trying to bring the value of a cell that uses a formula to derive the value shown into the Sheet2 A1 cell so that I can separate the values in Sheet2 A1.

In the example I would try to bring the values in E1 ("abcd") over to Sheet2A1.
