VBA Code Help PLS: Find Last Record on Sheet and Copy it Multiple TImes to Rows in Another

I am trying to find a code / macro that will do the following and was hoping that someone of you Guru's can help me out.

I have a sheet "Main" with many records and I want a macro to find the last record of that sheet (i.e. Range C), copy that record and paste it in multiple rows in another sheet "Detail" until the last record of the destination sheet. Next thing is that when I add new lines in "Detail" sheet, I want the code to add the latest last record of "Main" sheet and paste it on the newly added records in "Detail" sheet without overwriting the previous data

I am attaching a sample spreadsheet to what I am looking for to do.
