Are the checkboxes in a userform or on a sheet? You will need code to trigger the tab colour change, but the code for changing the colour of the tab is:

The checkboxes are on a sheet, connected to the cells they are located in. Is It possible to use If? For exemple: if ((c2 or d2 or e2) and (c3 or d3 or e3) is true) then worksheet(doc name).Tab.ColorIndex = 3?
