Create buttons to print defined print areas

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help with a request I recently received. I used Jet Reports to build an inventory count sheet for my warehouse crew. I include the Quantity on Hand on the report, but have defined the print area to exclude this column. I'd like to include a button on the report that will give the inventory manager the option of printing the original report plus the Quantity on Hand column without having to redefine the print area for each sheet they run.

In essence, I'm hoping for a button that redefines the print area and prints the report with the added column.

Is that possible? Thanks.

Can you provide a little more detail related to the original print area (i.e. its range) and the adjustment that you would like the button to add? Is the column always a "static" column or are they different columns? From what I gather there are multiple sheets do you need one for each sheet or do you want one button that allows you to choose which sheet?
