Based on Birthdate in excel , Automatically send outlook mail with birthday wishes

Hi,

In the excel attachment there are employee birth dates in C column. I want a macro, that automatically send outlook mail with birthday wishes to the persons (How many get the birth date on the same date) when excel recognize the Birth date(Criteria is: If Birthdate is equal to today()).
