Split cell to create sorted heading on empty row above and keep second split info

Almost finished with my masterpiece yet cannot fathom what to do with this problem! Please read on. Column E contains names followed by notes and separated by a ''/ ''. Because the names are characters, they repeat themselves within the entire column. The notes are personal information about the actor auditioning. I would like the sheet to arrange the rows according to the role as a
single row heading and maintain the notes in the rearranged row.

NAME. AGENT ROLE/NOTES

Actor a. Wmorris. Billy/has problem with first rehearsal
Actor b. CAA. Bobby/will work for food

Now becomes
Billy
Actor a. Wmorris has problems with first rehearsal

Bobby
Actor b. CAA. Will work for food

All to be done when a new actor is added to the sheet via copy/paste from another sheet.
