Random Name generator VBA

Hi I am having some difficulty developing a macro.
I have a predefined list of 44 names in column A. I would like to match each name with a name from the same column, however no one name should match each other i.e A1=Tom, B1=Tom and the names that are being matched can only be used once.

it needs to use option explicit

Let us see what you've gotten so far -

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
