SAVE AS with New FIle type

Trying to save an opened .csv file as a .xlsx with the current .csv file's name and directory. The best I have so far is the following. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

It seems that you can’t specify the format when using “SaveCopyAs”

A workaround would be to make a copy of the active sheets, and save the copy as a file with an xlsx extension.

    Something like:

will save a xlsx file to the folder where you had the csv file. File name will be "NewName.xlsx". The next last line in macro closes the "NewName.xlsx" file.
