grab name and populate to new excel sheet

i was wondering if this is possible in excel marco

if E column has a "x" grab the name in column c.

and open another excel sheet and populate it.

when open in the new excel sheet it would have text as well.

example: jim wants to go on vacation. jim = "c1" in excel
