auto export data to excel from mozilla firefox

is there any coding by which i can download the data from Firefox in an interval of 5 munits
only thing every time it should be downloaded in the same file and in new lines.

Ti will be a gr8 help if anybody ca support me in this

do you need to download like a file? or export data from a Web page to an excel sheet???

and If you want to download do you need to download every time the same file or at least always from the same url???

every time we will download it from the same URL
2ndly want to export data from a Web page to a particular excel sheet. only catch is ,it should exclude the same data .

Maybe no need a code, just try in DATA menu From Web …

Thanks for your reply,it is working but the problem what i am facing now is every time when it got refresh if the web page is not having any data or updated with new data then my excel is coming as blank or only with new data ,but I want all the previous details also ,so is there any code by which I can immediately save the 1st sheet data in the 2nd sheet,and second time if its get any other new data then it save the new data in the 2nd sheet but in the next row.in 2d sheet I only require the data of " B " column and " AR " Column of Sheet 1.
