Adding a command button into sheets with 3 or less characters

I have several sheets in my workbook, but I have been trying to find a code that will recognize the sheets named with 3 letters or less and add a command button into the sheet, around cell F5, that will be assigned to a specific macro named "Format_Method". Is this Possible?
