Need code to pull data based on specific cell selection for comparison

I am currently working on a project that requires comparison of multiple processes. Each process has 5 factors that pertain to the postures required by that function. Originally, there weren't many processes to work with, so it was easy to just leave them all in the table because they were close enough for it to be apparent which ones were compatible. Now that we have > 60 processes, it makes it difficult to compare them (I.e., compare process A and process Z). So, what I need to do is provide the option of selecting 2 processes and have it pull the ergonomic information specific to that function and put them side by side so they can be compared. I've attached a sample above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

So you didn't specify the input or output methods, so I chose my own. But feel free to change them or I can modify the code if you provide more info.

This code:

• Enter 2 processes in cells B8 and C8, as single letters (e.g. C E)
• Run the code
• It will insert (copy) those two processes as new columns to the left of all your processes
