Macro to add data to sheet via userform

Hi all

I have one quick question - I've prepared some userform, with checkboxes and optional buttons.

Is there a ways, that once is pressed will show me values "Meets Expectation" or Needs Improvement, instead of "True" or "False"?

I just prepare survey, when I will have 3 options:

Meets Expectation
Needs Improvement
N/A

Only one could be be used, but waht to avoid drop down button. Could you please help me with that?
