Issue with SumAddr and min if formula

Hey everybody,

I am trying to write a macro that will automatically find the first free row on a worksheet and fill it with an average formula and then with a min if formula. Then it should adjust both formulas to the range of all the rows with data that came before them. My code is already working very well with the average formula. It finds the empty row, enters the formula and adjusts it perfectly.

However, with the min if formula it is not working at all. It is being fiilled in the bottom row, but not adjusted according to the amount of rows with data above. I think that the issue is with the bold line of code below, but I do not know how to fix it. You can find the entire code below these lines. I would highly appreciate any help, since that would make my life so much easier.
