Macro to scan rows and columns to replace values with a blank

In my example spreadsheet I want to scan A4:I28 and replace values above 300 and below -100 with a blank or preferably no value.

I have the numbers below -100 highlighted in red and the numbers above 300 in green.
This is a small subset of a much larger number of columns and rows in my sheet.
