Not able to filter excel values with system date

Hi

I have written a code where it will filter the excel rows in a sheet with which matches with the todays date
but my code is returning 0 records though i have match with the system date.

In the above code i am refering to the sheet1 at J column with criteria as Date(which is current date) and i have record with the current date but it is not filtered with the current date.

it was working before but suddenly i am facing this issue, can you please help me to get rid of this.
