XIRR with dynamic range

Hello everyone.

I am working on a VBA function that will use 4 arguments to create 2 new arrays, which will be used in an XIRR calaculation. Eventually, I will develop the furmula to only use dates and corresponding cash flows that fulfill a certain critera (i.e. greater than a specified date), but I am doing this stepwise.

For some reason, my function is returning the wrong value (returning 0% when the true result is 48%), and I cannot find what is causing the error. I suspect, however, that it might have something to do with VBA not applying the dates correctly.
