VBA Macro not working anymore

Hi Guys
With the help of the members here I got a VBA macro code done in august 2014
It has been working fine and I am not what I have done and it is not working anymore


Background:

We have individual Job specific sheets that will determine purchasing dates for a particular Job and write that into a Master sheet "Tracking sheet" so that I can view status of all Jobs at once.
I open a spreadsheet "Registry v2" this should open all the files within a particular folder where the Job specific sheets are kept and look for "DUE" in a certain cell , if its due it will email 2 persons who email is contained within the Job specific sheets in cells u2 and v 2 .

It writes the following in the Registry spread sheet
date , yes , and no of emails sent

but it does not work anymore and gives the following error
Error message "Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)' :
there must be at least one name or contact group in the To, Cc or Bcc box "

I would really appreciate if someone can help me solve this issue
