Spinner control help

I have a master page that is doing vlookups on the “catalog” workbook and filling in data on the master page.
A1 on the master page is the item number. What I would LIKE to be able to do is have a Up and Down spinner??? That will automatically update the A1 item number with the next item up or down on the catalog list.
So for example
If the catalog has
1
2
3
25
36
37

I would like to NOT have to type 1,2,3,25,36….. but rather clicking the down arrow button would increment them for me……

I have been looking online for an example i could copy but i cant find anything. Frustrating.
