Filter and copy/overwrite to a new workbook and rename to unique filter value

The code I currently have filters data from a worksheet and pastes each unique value on to another worksheet.

I need it to paste that data onto another Workbook.
If the file already exists, it should overwrite the previous data.

I would want to save it within the folder extension:
C:\Users\singhg\Documents\Risk Register AUTOMATED\Risk Owners
