Hi All,

I really like the functionality of importing an excel spreadsheet into my outlook calendar to populate appointments, but I’m wondering how to create a macro that would import the spreadsheet for me. Below are the steps I’m currently doing each time in Outlook 2013. Attached is a sample of the spreadsheet I typically import.

Go to File
Open & Export
Import & Export
Import from another program or file
Comma Separated Values
Browse for Attached File, Replace duplicates with items imported
Choose my calendar
Custom map is already done (I used the default map as my headers in the attached spreadsheet.
Finish

Is there anyway I can use a macro for streamline this? It’s not very time consuming but it’s a lot of steps and difficult to explain to others. Also, if this is possible, how can I share the macro with other members of my team so that they can take advantage of this.
