Autofilter and Delete Rows Excluded from the Filtered Selection

Hi,

I need to filter a worksheet on a particular filter value and then delete all the rows that were excluded by the filter
I tried looping through each row and deleting Entirerow if a cell in the column I am filtering on is not equal to the filtered value, it works but takes forever since I have 10 thousand rows.

Can you please help with a more efficient method?

If you filter for does not equal then all that's left will be Criteria "a" and no need too filter?
