Copy Cells to available blank cells in rows below loop

I'm trying to get some help on what I think is a pretty easy piece of code. I have rows of data where some cells are blank and I need the data from the cell above copied to all the blank cells below then do the same thing for the next row that has data in it. I have spent way to long trying to get it to work so here I am looking for a little help. I have attached a sample of the excel file with the data structure. Thanks in advance!

Technically, you can do this without code thanks to Mr. Pete.

Select A1, hit F5, Special, Current Region, Okay.

F5, Special, Blanks, Okay

Hit "=", hit Up Arrow, Hold Control+Enter.
