macro runs slow on save

Hello there,
I have a workbook with 12 sheets and 2 rows of 'data' on each sheet.
I have 4 macro's in Module1 that when run in isolation, from the module, take around 1 second.
However, when I created a 'Before Save' in 'ThisWorkbook', it now takes some 15 seconds to run & save 2 rows.
Actually the macro's modify the worksheet almost instantaneously, but when I try & select a cell, I get a 'not responding' message.
I'm wondering how long it will take when I have 500 rows of data, per sheet.
Why is it so slow?
Do I have the scripts in the right place?
Is there some text that I'm missing?

Ah, the 'ScreenUpdating" goes on the 'ThisWorkbook' script, & you changed
Format to Frmt, was that a problem?
I don't understand how my original file is 26mb & the one you sent back is only 70kb.
It looks like you only took out a few lines of code, was that the cause of the bloat?
Surely you did something else?
