Compare value on a range if match list linked column

Goodday people

I am newby and I hope someone can assist me. The spreedheet is attached for reference.Column A is linked to column B and both got values. I am looking for a formulae or macro to take the value in column B and compare it to the range of F1-J3 and if the number match any of those numbers the linked colum A number must be listed in column F -as per example A7 have a value of 6 that match G2. So there is 15 cells that must be checked on column B and if a match exist then the linked columnA number must be displayed in columnF.So 1 need to be displayed in column F7

Apologies I hope it make sense I tried a formulae but did not succeed and dont know how to make it work.I am sure a Excel guru can help me -Rep will be given -thank you in advance for any help.
