I am looing for a macro to extract the title of a web page from a URL

Is this possible? if I paste a URL in a cell in a column, say A1, I want to have the corresponding page title in cell B2.

example . Cell A1 contains: http://excelforum.com/forum-id=12345 I should have, "I am looing for a macro to extract the title of a web page from a URL" (without quotation) in cell B1.
    Hope am clear enough.

    Thanks in anticipation!

You need to post a real URL not excel forum. It is wrong URL any way.
If the site you are trying to access requires log-in requirements, It is difficult for any one to help as they do not have the access to the site.
You need to post at least 5 different ULRs in column A which do not require passwords and user name, and desired out put for each line in column B.

You have answered none of my requests. I do not know what you wanted to scape from the site. Facebook requires log-in details. MY face book accounts has been blocked for over 2 years now for unknown reason to me. I do not have the intention to beg Mark what ever his name is- it is totally waste of space site.

Which one is the title head? If it is in URL, you do not need to access the site. You can use Excel's built-in function.
